Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders may be modified or canceled before they are processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@lilasliving.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

After processing, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and logistics conditions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original components.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

How do I start a return?

For eligible returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For customer-initiated returns (such as change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
