Orders placed before 5:00 PM (MST) on a business day are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time: 1–3 business days
Processing Days: Monday – Friday
Handling time includes:

- Product inspection
- Secure packaging
- Preparation for shipment
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
Orders are fulfilled through our global logistics network and may be shipped from different locations depending on product availability, inventory allocation, and logistics optimization.

All shipments include tracking information once dispatched.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
