Lilas Living is a brand owned and operated by Yorokobis LLC, a United States registered company. We are committed to providing a clear, fair, and transparent return and refund experience for all customers.
We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All original components must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Method
All returns are processed by mail only. We do not offer in-store returns.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Returns are handled through our authorized fulfillment partners. Please contact our support team to receive the correct return address for your specific order.

6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item):
- Return shipping cost: $0 (no cost to the customer)
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
If the return is requested by the customer (change of mind, wrong item ordered, no longer needed):
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
7. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returned items.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
9. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process applies.
